As a key account manager, Adam is the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with them along with addressing their needs and concerns.

Working within the Customer Service team Jack helps to deliver our service and knowledge to a range of different clients to help with anything cybersecurity related that clients may need.

Working within the technical team, Luke performs data analysis that helps us further refine our products and approach to further help our customers. Covering everything from client reports, scripts and phishing campaigns.

Compliance & IT administrator
Working within the Tech team, Olivia helps keep our systems online every day, alongside testing for clients, phishing simulations and maintaining & updating the ISMS and ISO Standard (27001).
